I just wanted to write and say how impressed and pleased I was with the excellent all round service with a recent order I placed with yourselves. In the past when I ordered flowers over the internet I have been bitterly disappointed, as sometimes I get the impression that flower shops online think that the purchaser won't see the delivered goods and therefore think they can get away with sending poor quality or less flowers than pictured. Yours exceeded expectations and the orchid which my Mum received was stunning.

I’m always skeptical when ordering over the internet, especially when I am in another country. I searched continuosly over the internet for an online flowers company in San Diego and after hours of searching, I found Edelweiss flowers. I still remained skeptical since I have not done this before - ordering from an online company that is located in another country. So, what did I do? I started an online conversation with a customer representative, Natali. The sales rep. makes me feel comfortable, guides me through the ordering process - I felt as though I was a walk in customer. I couldn’t have made a better choice. I will definitely shop at Edelweiss again and I highly recommend giving them a try.

I’m writing to thank you so much for the amazing job you did with the flowers I had sent to my Dad.
I live in Los Angeles, CA and was wanting to send something special to my Dad since he was in the hospital. My Dad is not easily impressed by most flower arrangements, but he told me had not seen anything like what he received before. He said all the nurses and passers by would stop and comment on how beautiful they were. They lasted until the very last day he left, and ended up taking home the vase since it was also so lovely.
It really brightened his time there, and since I am so far away a part of me felt as if I was.
In every way your florist is first class, I am very impressed and very happy, and will be using your services again in the future, and so will my Dad now for that matter!
